Conferences

Just a heads up! We will be having our parent-teacher conferences on Friday, March 13th. School is closed that day except for the conferences. We will let you know when we are scheduling them. The conferences are scheduled every 20 minutes. If you can't make it that day we will try to accommodate on another day before class begins but we hope to see almost all parents here on the 13th. It's a great time to see how your child is progressing not only academically but also socially. It is a wonderful twenty minutes!

Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is always an exciting day for the children at Parents and Children’s. The kids love giving all their friends cards, whether they are homemade or store bought. To make it easier for the children and their teachers, we would appreciate it if you do not write the friend’s names on the envelope but instead just sign the cards and bring enough for all the children in class. It makes it less chaotic for your child to hand out their Valentine’s Day cards. Don’t forget, if your child is a M-F child in a class with both T-TH and MWF children they should bring enough valentines for both days. The class parties will be on Wednesday, February 12th and Thursday, February 13th.

Fire Drills

We have started doing fire drills at school and the children are amazing! You don't need to talk to them about it but we wanted you to know how well they are following directions. All classes make there way to the "park" by a pre-approved route and sit in a circle with their class until they hear the signal that all is clear. We have such good listeners!

Fall Registration

Fall registration is on-going. If you are not returning and have not told Miss Marji yet, please do so. We won't take it personally, we just need to know!

Summer Program

We will be posting the Summer Camp Schedule on our website at the beginning of March and I will send a reminder e-mail.
